Easy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

1/3 cup milk of choice (I use Trader Joe's Oat Milk, but Almond or regular milk will work as well)
1/2 cups Rolled Oats (use gluten free oats if needed)
Real Maple Syrup
In a blender, pour in milk, banana, and rolled oats.
Blend until smooth.
Heat skillet over medium heat. Once warmed, use stick of butter to lightly coat the skillet.
Pour pancake batter into skillet in round circles. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side.
Turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Finish with toppings of choice.
