A health coach is, first of all, a coach: someone that will guide you, help you, and give you tips when and where you need, but just like a coach I will not be the one out there on the field, playing the game or passing that ball; that will be YOU!

 

I will provide you with support at all times, and after each session you can expect to go home with a couple of recommendations to put into action in your daily life! These recommendations are personalized to your goals, and they will help you instill lasting change in your life! Now we should make something clear: I do not believe in quick fixes and in one-size-fits-all plans, I believe in gradual change that will last you a lifetime!

Me

I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, which is the country’s leading program in the field. I graduated New York University in 2013 with a degree in Anthropology and French and a Pre-Med concentration (I wanted to be a surgeon), and University of Miami with a Master's Degree in International Relations and Political Science (yup, I have a lot of interests).

My practice is focused on taking a look at your entire person, not just the food on your plate. True and lasting health involves balanced relationships, regular physical activity, a fulfilling career, and a spiritual practice (which can range from a daily 5 minute meditation practice to religious beliefs). Together we will discuss these four areas as well as the food on your plate, and work towards bringing forth your ideal healthy self! 

       A health coach is “a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. Health coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments.”

Look, the truth is WE ALL STRUGGLE AT SOME POINT. Whether it's because we don't have the time or energy to really take care of ourselves, because we simply haven't been taught how, or because life just always finds a way to get in the way -we all need a bit of help sometimes.

It brings the control back into your hands and allows you to rediscover that which has been lost -whether that's your energy, your overall health, or simply your love for food.
