When you walk the Path to Swellness you nourish your body with whole foods, you embrace stress management tools and activities, you honor your body with exercise and selfcare, and you make sure that with every meal you take care of your gut and offer it tools to combat inflammation!


Together we take a look through your pantry, learn what to look for when buying food, and decide if there are items that in there that no longer serve you.


Field-trip time! We will visit a grocery store/ farmer's market and learn hour to shop efficiently, economically, and healthily .
